Configure Names for Cancellation, and No-Show Policies

Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure a name for the cancellation and no-show policies available at the property.

To support this enhancement, a new mandatory field, Name, has been added to the following pop-up screens that appear when users create a new cancellation, or no-show policy:

• All Settings ➜ Reservations ➜ Polices & Codes ➜ Cancellation Policies ➜ Add

• All Settings ➜ Reservations ➜ Polices & Codes ➜ No Show Policies ➜ Add

Users can configure the name of the policy in this field. A new column, Name, has been added to the following sections in the Policies And Codes screen:

• Cancellation Policies

• No Show Policies

This column displays the name of the policy. The policy name can also be configured when users import/export policies using the Property Setup Tool. A new column, Name, has been added to the tool to allow users to configure the policy name.
